        واعتبارا لكون الفريق العامل قرّر تعديل الفقرة (2) من مشروع المادة 7 المنقّح (انظر الفقرات 50 إلى 64 أعلاه)، التي تتناول عددا من الحالات التي هي مشمولة من قبلُ في الفقرة (5) من مشروع المادة 7 المنقّح، قدّم اقتراح يدعو إلى تبسيط صياغة الفقرة (5) بحيث لا تتناول سوى مسألة الإدراج عن طريق الإشارة المرجعية على النحو التالي: "تمثّل الإشارة في العقد إلى أي وثيقة تتضمن بندا تحكيميا اتفاق تحكيم كتابيا إذا كانت الإشارة تدرج ذلك البند في العقد.
